Fantastic Campos coffee and great atmosphere. BUT the poached eggs were a bit over done and resembled more of a soft boiled egg. Otherwise the food was great. Sour dough was easy to cut into and good service.
Great cold brew coffee, and excellent brown rye toast! The staff are lovely, and were really switched on with regards to food sensitivities and double checked with us.
It was really busy with locals, but it wasn’t too loud and our food and drinks came really quickly. Will definitely be back!
Excellent cafe in North Sydney. It's always busy and provides an outstanding service. We tried the Corn Fritters and Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon. The coffee is very good. We visited the cafe on a weekday but it was busy. We were served very quickly, though. The price was very reasonable. All staff are very friendly and helpful.
Came here for a meal with some friends who live in the area and enjoyed it. A bustling and vibrant cafe that was packed when we got there but the service was excellent and food arrived quickly. Had the breakfast burger with hash browns and it was really good. Coffee was good and the staff were super friendly and accommodating.
Happily come here any day. The menu is varied and plenty of choices for food.
Amazing cafe, loved dining here for breakfast over the weekend! I had the Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon, and it was incredible! I loved the hollandaise sauce, it was perfectly balanced with the sourdough, poached eggs and smoked salmon. I also had an iced long black which was great too. I enjoyed the atmosphere, cozy and neat. Service was outstanding too, very attentive and friendly staff. I highly recommend dining at Eighty Ate. I hope to come back soon to try some more!
Fantastic overall experience! The food is decently priced, coffee is really nice, but what makes this place is the staff! Such friendly and helpful staff to look after you throughout your dining experience. Would definitely come back again ☺️
This restaurant/cafe is one the best in the area. Their beautiful dishes make you feel full and tasty coffee ( I took Soy latte) will finish your meal in best way. Staff are so polite and helpful as well. Will definitely return whenever I travel to Sydney again.

Stopped by Eighty Ate Cafe for a Sunday morning treat and ordered the Passion Delight Frappe along with the Portuguese Chicken burger (which is, btw , $22.5 - so a bit expensivefor an ordinary burger. At local grilld you can get similar burger for ~$13). Both were quite good, with rich flavors that I thoroughly enjoyed. However, I must mention that the waiting time was around 40 minutes, which was not quite acceptable for a casual Sunday morning coffee run. The quality of the drink was great, but the cafe might want to look into speeding up their service to enhance the overall experience. 3/5 stars
